Adecco is seeking a Regional Sales Representative for our client in the HVAC industry. The ideal individual would be an enthusiastic, industry-savvy sales professional who is passionate about new business development, as well as maintaining relationships with established business. The successful individual would be working from a home office, and would be responsible for making a significant contribution to company growth through the generating new revenue via new client acquisition.

The ideal individual(s) would be selling our HVAC products directly to wholesalers/distributors, and contractors.

Key Job Responsibilities:

Generate new revenue for company through new client acquisition and maintain existing clients as assigned by management
Work with a sales metrics to ensure they are achieving their sales quotas/targets.
Build a sales pipeline by cultivating prospects, creating new business opportunities and managing/expanding existing customer relationships using company CRM.
Create and deliver sales presentations to key decision makers in targeted accounts
Execute successful client contract negotiations and renewals
Meet revenue and appointment goals as set by Company and Regional Manager
Develop and maintain thorough knowledge of the industry, our products and services, and the competitive landscape
Participate in any trade shows and company events.
Utilize approved social media channels (such as LinkedIn and Twitter) to network with prospects/clients and champion company products and services

Skills and Qualifications:

Minimum of 3-5years outside sales experience required
Experience selling within the HVAC industry preferred
Proven success in managing all stages of the sales cycle including prospecting, needs analysis, presentation, proposal, negotiation and closing
Positive track record of meeting and exceeding sales goals
Demonstrated aptitude for problem-solving
