Adecco is currently hiring a Die Maintenance Associate for one of our clients in Shelburne. The successful candidate will be responsible for supporting the daily activity of the Die Maintenance Department and assisting the Die Maintenance Group Leader as directed. The successful candidate can expect full time hours and long term permanent employment with a thriving company.

Die Maintenance Associate Responsibilities:

- Prepare and submit daily reports as directed
- Responsible for supporting trouble report counter measure activity
- Improvement projects support including new model activity
- Strive to meet external and internal customer quality requirements
- Flow of D/M tagging system
- Mass production level up and die modification flow
- Ensure dies are performing at level expected
- Other duties as required

Die Maintenance Associate Qualifications:

- College Diploma in Mechanical Engineering Technology
- Tool and Die Design
- Licensed Tool & Die Maker
- 5 years of experience with tool & dies
- CAD experience
- Must be able to read and understand drawings
- Must be able to interpret legislation to determine applicable compliance
- Excellent troubleshooting and problem solving skills
- Excellent time management skills, computer skills and communication skills, verbal and written
- Must have good interpersonal skills and be able to work well with a team
