Adecco is currently hiring a Weld ESG Associate for one of our clients in Shelburne. The successful candidate will be responsible for equipment in their assigned areas as well as other areas as directed, keeping work area and tools clean and organized as well as checking for safety issues and countermeasures. The successful candidate can expect full time hours and long term permanent employment with a thriving company.

Weld ESG Associate Responsibilities:

- Daily checks for safety issues and countermeasures
- Complete assigned safety work orders within 5 days of receipt
- Understand and practice TPM
- Adhere to ISO14001 and ISO9001 documents
- Must fill out trouble reports for extended downtime over 2 hours, informing necessary personnel
- Order spare parts and sent out repair items
- Robotic teaching and program modifications
- Troubleshoot equipment problems (electrically, mechanically)
- Completion of work orders and preventative maintenance tasks
- Other duties as required

Weld ESG Associate Qualifications:

- Certificate of Qualification Mechanical/Electrical or equivalent
- Licensed tradesperson (ticketed electrician, etc.)
- Electrical background is essential with prior experience using PLC¿s along witg programming and teaching robots
- Experience working in an automotive or equivalent industry
- Interpret legislation to determine applicable compliance
- Excellent troubleshooting and problem solving skills, to limit downtime
- Excellent communication skills, verbal and written
