Roevin Technology is hiring for an SAP System Administrator for one of our leading global clients located in Toronto. This is an excellent 6 month contract opportunity with a possibility for an extension that would allow the selected candidate to partner with team members to manage the delivery of HR systems projects, including configuration changes, functionality deployment and production support.

The ideal candidate will have experience in SAP SuccessFactors for the compensation, employee central and workforce analytics modules.


SAP System Administrator Responsibilities:
- Configuration of SAP SuccessFactors suite including fit analysis, testing, roll-out and post implementation support
- Administration, maintenance, and ongoing continuous improvement of the SuccessFactors system
- Set-up and manage data integrity and auditing procedures within the HRIS
- Timely execution of HRIS projects
- Lead and participate in system testing, including test scripts development and execution, testing resources coordination and test completion metrics compilation
- Coordinate with business owners and other HRIS team members to develop future state HR Systems Road Map
- Build and deliver standardized processes to better support the administration of the system, and to more effectively support the HR Community.

SAP System Administrator Qualifications:


- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Information Technology or related field required.
- 5+ years of HRIS experience.
- 3+ years of SAP SuccessFactors experience in compensation, employee central and workforce analytics is preferred.
- Track record of successful process improvement.
- Strong analytical and organizational skills.
- Working knowledge of human resources processes and procedures.
- Effective communication skills.
- Ability to communicate with technical and non-technical users.
- Proven ability to work under minimal supervision.
