Our client in Burlington is looking for Concierge Associates to join their team. They are a world-class concierge service who may deliver anything from booking concert tickets in New York City to dinner reservations in Paris. As a Concierge Associate, you would be working in a call-center environment, servicing a high volume of inbound and outbound channels like phone calls or emails. It is a full time, direct hire position, with the pay rate at $15.00/hour. The open shifts are 12pm to 8:30pm, 2:30pm to 11pm, or 3:30pm to 12am (midnight). The full time position may require you to work a day or two on the weekend on occasion. The company offers many incentives, like benefits, internal rewards, etc.

Concierge Associate Responsibilities
- Deliver concierge services (like fine dining, flower orders, ticket inquiries, etc.)
- Utilize a variety of resources including search engines, websites, and internal resources to research customer requests
- Work in a fast-paced structured call center environment

Concierge Associate Competencies
- High school diploma required
- Bachelor’s degree or college equivalent preferred (travel and tourism preferred)
- Superior customer service skills and communication skills
- Minimum 2 years previous customer service experience
- Experience in a white glove or luxury industry, hospitality, and/or travel & entertainment an asset
- Internet savvy & proficient at navigating multiple systems at one time
- Call center experience also an asset
- Must be able to pass a criminal background check and a credit check
