The Program Director is responsible for overseeing the development and implementation of all components of the program, including managing and coordinating input and direction from the Leadership Team and from the wide range of pilot sites, service providers, funding partners, advisors and other individuals and organizations that are critical to the success of the program.

The position is based in Toronto, ON. However, there may be periodic travel to British Columbia, or other locations as necessary, during the duration of the program, lasting from days to weeks, depending on the overall needs of the program.

Strategic Development

*Work with issue experts, workplace wellness experts, behavioural science experts to continuously review and develop program components and content

*Conduct environmental scans, and competitor analysis to determine how best to position programs

*Develop and implement long-term strategies for program evolution and development

*Monitor program growth according to plans and adjusts accordingly

*Develop business plans and sales strategies

*Develop funding proposals for the program to ensure the continuous delivery of services

Project Management

*Approve and oversee the work plan and critical path for the project, providing guidance, direction and coaching to project team as required

*Manage key work-back schedules with partner organizations, pilot sites and vendors

*Entreprenurial spirit

*Minimum 4 to 5 years performance management/leadership experience

*Demonstrated ability to lead a team of cross functional areas

*Knowledge of wellness/workplace initiatives and social enterprise

*Demonstrated ability with building and facilitating a workplace intervention program
