Our client located inBrantford,ON is currently recruiting for a Performance Analyst to join their busy team.

Responsibilities:

The performance reporting analyst will be responsible for the following:

*Developing and maintaining databases for reporting requirements, development of KPI dashboard to track performance metrics

*Develop new analysis and KPI's to enhance the understanding of company performance. Assist in process improvements for variance and financial reporting.

*Working with Performance Management Team to assist with performance tracking and reporting; identify trends and performance improvement opportunities.

*Coordinate and prepare monthly management financial reports (P&L variance reports, capital expenditures and KPI's).

*Prepare annual budget and periodic forecasts in coordination with business unit leaders

*Provide comprehensive analysis on the financial results, explaining variances in actual results versus budget and prior year and recommending corrective actions to influence future results

*Support the tracking, analysis and improvement of operations benefits and other key performance metrics


Skills and Qualifications

*University degree in business or commerce

*5-6 years experience in supply chain and logistics

*Strong technical skills (e.g., modeling, financial analysis)

*Proven ability to maintain and develop databases (expert level skill in Excel, MS Access)

*Strong verbal and written communication skills

*Familiarity with other database management tools that can help elevate performance;

*Excellent project management, multi-tasking and organizational skills
