  • When our client in the Manufacturing industry first approached Adecco, one of their primary struggles was related to Health & Safety due to contractors requiring to engage in repetitive heavy lifting.

    To lower number of injuries and attrition due to physical strain, Adecco recommended development of a safe heavy lifting and stretching educational program. Our onsite representative noticed that contractors would stand on the forklift machinery to reach product on high shelves, and recommended investment in step stools, ultimately lowering risk of injury.

    Since partnering with Adecco less than a year ago, our client has expressed high levels of satisfaction with the support we have offered them. We are actively expanding the account, and are forecasted to hire 100+ more associates in the upcoming months.
