I look forward to applying my skills and unique perspective in this role as well as to represent Canada on a global scale."

Commenting on the program, Janelle Bieler, Adecco Canada’s CEO, said:

One of my favorite aspects of the CEO for One Month program is that it is a perfect example of reverse mentorship. On one hand, it provides young people with firsthand experience in a world-renowned, Fortune 500 company, allowing them to network and create strong connections for their future, and on the other hand, it is also an opportunity for me to learn from a future leader. The program providesthe CEO for One Month with an invaluable experience that improves their understanding of the world of work and also brings a fresh perspective and often innovative ideas to our organization. Though the program is just one month, I am confident that the lessons learned during CEO for One Month go on to last a lifetime.

CEO for One Month Program

The ‘CEO for One Month’ program began as a local initiative in Norway in 2011 and was formalized into a global program in 2014, since growing into a flagship initiative for the Adecco Group under the Adecco Group Foundation. It helps young people increase their employability and career prospects through highly effective, work-based learning inside a Fortune 500 company. The program operates under the Adecco Group Foundation which aims to improve work readiness of young people and other underserved populations who struggle to enter the workforce.
