To become the Adecco Canada CEO for One Month, all applicants must go through 3 rounds.

Round 1: General applications – open to all students and recent graduates

Applicants must submit their demographic information, answer short-form questions online, provide their curriculum vitae (CV) and motivational letter. Online applications will be reviewed by the Canadian management team. The top 30 applicants move on to round 2.

Round 2: Top 30 applicants – video submission

In this round, applicants submit a 5-minute video and answer short-form essay questions. Videos and essays will be reviewed by the Canadian management team. The top 4 applicants move on to round 3.

Round 3: Top 4 applicants – phone/video or in-person interview with Canadian CEO and management

Applicants that make it to round 3 will have the opportunity to be interviewed by Gilbert Boileau, President of Adecco Canada. One of the final 4 applicants will be selected as Adecco Canada’s CEO for One Month.

Additional opportunities

If being the Canadian CEO for One Month wasn’t enough, the Canadian finalist also has the opportunity to be selected to take part in The Adecco Group Global CEO for One Month Program. If accepted, the top 10 global candidates will take part in the Global Bootcamp, a unique experience where the Canadian finalist will take part in challenges with CEO for One Month finalists from all over the world.

After some challenges, only one will be chosen to become the Global CEO for One Month of The Adecco Group and intern the Global CEO, Alain Dehaze, in Switzerland.
