Adecco is currently looking for an Access Services Representative in Markham, ON. This role is a 1 year contract with a pay rate of $18.00 per hour. 

Our client is a large reputable firm operating in the Finance Industry.  The Access Service Rep will be working with an enterprise team, dealing with all stakeholders within the organization. To qualify for this position you  must have 2+ years of previous customer service experience. 


  • expert knowledge of multiple tools and resources used to troubleshoot and complete all client requests
  • ensure adherence to established processes and security guidelines
  • Demonstrate willingness to seek solutions through knowledge base documentation

  • 2+ years of previous customer service experience
  • 2+ years with Active Directory experience

  • Strong troubleshooting skills using good logic and efficient methods
