Adecco is currently hiring for an Account Administrator in Edmonton, AB. To qualify for the Account Administrator role, you must be able to work rotational shift 7AM - 6PM and can multitask in a challenging environment, pay attention to detail, showcase excellent customer service skills and have previous Financial / Banking Industry experience.
For the role of an Account Administrator, we are looking for individuals who have strong experience with Microsoft Office & Internet Explorer, can type 40 WPM, and can multitask efficiently. Our client is a large, reliable and reputable organization within the financial services industry. This is a 1 year contract position and has a pay rate of $19.85 per hour.
Account Administrator Responsibilities:
•    Positively contribute to the overall customer experience and loyalty index in each interaction
•    Ensure customer problems are handled appropriately by utilizing the established partner problem resolution process both internally and externally and escalating when required 
•    Create and/or recognize exceptional customer service through established programs 
•    Ensure all required processing and enquiries are fulfilled meeting SLA
•    Provide subject matter expertise for internal and external partners within defined area 
•    Working in an administrative capacity completing a combination of tasks
•    Complete assigned tasks accurately & within established standards while actively participating in daily touch points 
•    Contribute to the achievement of satisfactory audits by understanding & following audit and process guidelines 
•    Identify areas of risk and escalate as necessary
•    Identify, suggest and actively participate in process improvements
•    Understand and apply bank/service centre operating policies and procedures 
•    Ensure necessary due diligence is taken to support the accuracy of all transactions
Account Administrator Qualifications: 
•    Knowledge of Real Estate Secured Lending and experience in Mortgage or lending products is an asset 
•    Strong oral and written communications skills coupled with excellent customer service skills are essential
•    Possess excellent time-management and organizational skills 
•    Ability to multi-task 
•    Flexible in task assignment 
•    Excellent English Communications skills both Verbally and Written
•    Working knowledge of MS Office Suite and Internet Explorer
•    Administration work and some customer service experience
•    Previous banking experience would be an asset 
•    Financial background or Mortgages background 
•    Minimum High School Degree/Diploma (Preferred Post-Secondary)
