Adecco is currently partnered with a growing yet established client to hire for Account Executive job openings in Toronto, ON.  In order to be considered for these positions the successful candidate needs to have at least two years of sales/business development experience.


Our client provides mentoring, coaching and professional development services to entrepreneurs and small businesses across the Country.  Our client has various offices Globally and employs well over 200 people worldwide, providing innovative and rewarding programs to their clients through interactive programs. The compensation package includes a base salary of $60,000/year plus an uncapped commission structure (estimated $70K OTE in the first year with detailed training and ramp up), extensive paid time off (vacation, free days, volunteer days and more), free workshops/books/podcasts, full health benefits and tremendous room for growth within the organization to name a few!


The responsibilities of the Account Executive job opening in Toronto, ON may include but are not limited to: 

  • Follow up on leads generated from the systems or general inquiries
  • Show strong stakeholder management skills by researching and ascertaining the prospective client needs, addressing all issues and assist with sourcing solutions for all parties
  • Assess existing client issues and provide solutions for new prospects through facilitating value-add services to clients through the presenting of product solutions
  • Generate referrals from existing business through relationship building and professional representation of company and their services
  • Attend industry specific events to increase business revenue streams through effective networking
  • Conduct presentations to clients to showcase offerings and points of different
  • Full sales cycle responsibilities: they are longer sales cycle so various touch points adhering to the needs
  • Closing the sale!

  • Successful experience in customer service-based solutions selling within a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment
  • College or University Degree or Diploma
  • Able to achieve goals through proactive selling over the phone

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills – verbal, presentation and written as you will be interacting with senior level management
  • Superior organization, prioritization, independent work and time management skills
  • Exceptional computer skills including working with CRM Systems
