Account Executive

 

Adecco is currently hiring for an Account Executive Toronto, ON. In order to be considered for this position the successful candidate needs to have at least three years of Customer Service or Business Development experience.

 

Our client provides mentoring, coaching and professional development services to entrepreneurs and small businesses across the country. Our client has offices in several countries and employs over 500 people worldwide, providing innovative and rewarding programs to their clients through interactive programs. They pride themselves on a good work life balance, continual education and training to their employees. 

 

The compensation package includes: 60K base salary + commission structure (120K OTE), 6 weeks’ vacation, continuing education, RRSP matching, full benefits and tremendous room for growth within the organization.

 

Account Executive Job Description

  • Initiate, qualify and close new business.
  • Prioritize their target market, generate demand, and develop and close sales cycles.
  • The ideal candidate will possess a track record of top-level performance in winning complex sales and work well in an entrepreneurial environment.  
  • Quota Attainment – “hunter” mentality, will meet / exceed monthly / quarterly sales objectives.
  • Territory Planning – will develop and document strategy to build pipeline of sales opportunities within defined target leads / prospects.
  • Demand Generation – will create demand for services within a defined sales territory.
  • Lead and Progress the Sales Cycle – will drive the sales process through to completion.
  • Weekly Reporting and Funnel Management – will complete all weekly pipeline and activity reporting in accordance with their forecasting cadence.
     

Account Executive Mandatory Qualifications:

  • Strong knowledge of customer service-based solutions selling within a fast-paced entrepreneurial environment
  • Hold a College or University Degree or Diploma
  • Able to achieve goals through proactive selling over the phone
  • Strong analysis and stakeholder management experience
  • Excellent Communication skills – oral, presentation and written as will be interacting with senior level management
  • Superior organization, prioritization, independent work and time management skills
  • Exceptional computer skills including working with CRM Systems
