Adecco is currently hiring a remote Account Manager in Toronto, ON. To be considered for this Account Manager role you must have a minimum 3-5 years of previous experience working in digital advertising, with an emphasis on large account management. Our client is a multinational corporation that specializes in Internet-related services and products and within this role, you will be responsible for acting as a day-to-day liaison between clients, agencies and internally regarding account performance, campaign launches, and digital advertising product opportunities. You will be crafting compelling narratives using data and insights to drive results and campaign delivery. This is a 1 year contract position with a potential for extension and has a pay rate of $76.00 per hour.  

The Account Manager Responsibilities Include:

  • Leverage all available resources including Optimization, Marketing, and Technical Support. Identify opportunities to increase advertiser performance and investment.
  • Keep track of commitments made to clients and follow up in executing them. Build relationships with clients and educate them on new product features tailored to their business needs.
  • Build and develop relationships with customers and advise them on their strategy and execution. Assist in the delivery of overall business strategy based on metrics and trusted partnerships.
  • Work collaboratively with local and global teams to support new and existing customers, projects, team goals.
  • Provide strategic advice and help our advertisers get the best return on their advertising investment by working closely with them in a consultative role.
  • Go above and beyond service excellence to showcase customers' business value and encourage future growth of our partnerships.
  • The Account Manager Qualifications Include:

  • Must have a BA/BS Degree
  • 3 - 5 of years of past Account Management experience
  • Experience in digital advertising with emphasis on large account management
  • Positive attitude and resilience
  • Professional communication skills and desire to solve client issues swiftly
  • Desired Certification or license (ex. CPA, PMP, Cisco)
