As an integral part of the finance team, you will be responsible for managing billing adjustments, collection efforts, and ensuring timely payment processing. Detailed Job Description:
Prepare and submit billing adjustments to rectify any discrepancies.
Conduct collection calls and send emails to follow up on outstanding invoices.
Distribute invoice and statement copies to clients.
Set up monthly cash collections using CyberSource.
Efficiently process payments and maintain accurate records.
Collaborate with the finance team to resolve customer inquiries.
Candidate's Profile:
Bachelor’s degree or college diploma in Accounting or Business is required.
Minimum 1-2 years of accounting experience is required.
Strong customer service experience and exceptional communication skills.
Proficiency with the MS Office suite, particularly Excel.
Must be local to Edmonton and legally eligible to work in Canada.
