Adecco is currently hiring for an Account Representative for the London/Windsor/Chatham territory. To be considered for this Account Representative position the successful candidate needs to have minimum 2 years of sales experience.

As an Account Representative, you will be responsible for finding new business, along with maintaining and upselling to existing business. Our client is a global multinational in the industrial engineering and steel production sector.

The Account Representative position comes with a generous compensation package including a base salary between $50,000 - $65,000, with an uncapped commission structure, plus 2 weeks’ vacation and standard benefits from the beginning.

Account Representative Responsibilities:

Strong stakeholder management skills by ascertaining prospect / client’s needs, addressing all issues and the ability to identify and pursue suitable targets.
In addition to hunting prospects, ability to identify and consult with prospects and existing clients, the products/services that would best suit their needs.
Prepare and deliver presentations for prospective and existing customers to grow portfolio. Ability to analyse feedback, ascertain their needs and negotiate will be needed for this to be achieved.
Negotiate prices and other job proposal terms. At times, will be responsible organizing client payments.
Visit job sites to check the status of current job or to determine scope of prospective job.
Expected to attend external events to promote our client’s products/services. These may take place outside normal working hours.
Complete daily, weekly, monthly, and yearly reports.
Review and complete appropriate paperwork after job has been completed.

Account Representative Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in business or equivalent work experience.
A minimum of 2 years of sales experience.
Experience managing the full sales cycle from lead generation through to close.
High energy, hunter personality, with experience developing business through cold calling, in person, email and other forms of networking / engaging with senior personnel.
Weekly reporting to senior management.
Excellent Communication skills – written and verbal.
Superior organization, prioritization, independent work and time management skills.
Highly proficient computer skills including working with CRM Systems.
Effective communication skills and proven ability to establish rapport and maintain relationships
