Accounting Admin (Full-time)


Adecco is currently hiring for a temporary full-time Accounting Admin for our client, a leading company in the medical industry that develops advanced medical devices located in Mississauga, ON. In this role, you will be responsible for data entry and filing of invoices. If you have previous working experience in the field of Accounting and/or Administration, this job is for you!

  • Pay rate: $18/hour
  • Location: Mississauga, ON
  • Shift: 9:00 AM-5:00 PM | Monday to Friday 
  • Job type: Full-time | Temporary | Two months contract
  • Job responsibilities include:

  • Matching invoices manually with data entered in Epicor (data system)
  • Entering invoice details into Epicor
  • Updating a tracking log and saving invoices separately if there are any matching issues
  • Filing and saving invoices electronically, including triage from the general inbox
  • Qualifications:

  • Previous experience working in Accounting or Administration
  • Must have excellent communication skills (Oral & Written)
  • Must be comfortable with computer applications and software
  • Ability to demonstrate professionalism and accuracy in assigned duties
