Adecco is hiring a temporary, part-time Accounting Administrative Assistant for our client, an American multinational fast-food chain. In this role, you will assist the office manager in administrative and accounting duties.

  • Location: North Bay, ON.
  • Job type: Part-time | Temporary - From 4 to 6 months.
  • Job responsibilities include:

  • Review and track and enter vendor invoices.
  • Follow up with team members on the status of submissions.
  • Assist the Office Manager with other office duties as requested.
  • To qualify, you should have:

  • Attention to Detail / Accuracy
  • Data Entry Experience
  • Accounting Software Experience
  • Accounts Payable Experience
  • Microsoft Office (Outlook / Excel / Word) Experience
  • Bookkeeping experience is an asset.
  • Simply Accounting Software experience is an asset.
