Job type: Part-time | Temporary - From 4 to 6 months.
Job responsibilities include:
Review and track and enter vendor invoices.
Follow up with team members on the status of submissions.
Assist the Office Manager with other office duties as requested.
To qualify, you should have:
Attention to Detail / Accuracy
Data Entry Experience
Accounting Software Experience
Accounts Payable Experience
Microsoft Office (Outlook / Excel / Word) Experience
Bookkeeping experience is an asset.
Simply Accounting Software experience is an asset.
