Adecco St Lawrence is looking for an Accounting Analyst for our Client in Kingston ON. This will be a 3 month placement with the possibility of permanent employment. Our Client is offering full time steady hours to the right candidate. This is a great opportunity to work with a growing Canadian Company.
Responsibilities include:
- Compiling data from various sources and accurately recording activity
- Preparing statements, reports and surveys
- Perform reconciliations
- Coordinating investigations and providing timely adjustments
- Review and modify current processes
- Participate in projects and initiatives as assigned
- Provide feed back to the team and support other lines of business as needed
Qualifications:
- MUST have a strong attention to detail
- Ability to work independently and prioritize multiple tasks
- Excellent communication skills
- 3 + years of accounting experience
- Experience in the financial services or insurance industry preferred
- Advanced Microsoft Excel skills
- Working towards CPA strongly preferred
- Completion of University degree with courses in Financial Accounting preferred
