Adecco is currently hiring for an Accounting Assistant in Ancaster. To qualify for this Accounting Assistant role, you must have strong computer skills, with proficiency using Quickbooks. As an Accounting Assistant, you will be responsible for providing support o the team, wearing multiple hats throughout the day. Some duties will include typing minutes for meetings, assisting with Accounts Payable/Receivables, and data entry, invoicing, etc. The Accounting Assistant position is full-time and will pay a salary of $44,000

Accounting Assistant Responsibilities:
- Answer phones, direct customers
- Book meeting rooms, take minutes at meetings
- Assist with Accounts Payables & Receivables – matching invoices
- Posting payments via quickbooks
- Enter sales orders into system
- Other duties as assigned

Accounting Assistant Qualifications:
- 3 to 5 years of related experience is preferred
- Must have experience with Quickbooks
- Experience with accounts payables & receivables
