Adecco is currently recruiting for an Office Administrator for our client in Oshawa.

This full time Office Administrator position encompasses the duties of receptionist, customer service and and an assistant to the controller, so you MUST have accounting background and knowledge as well.  This Office Administrator position is within a small 6 person office of a family run business.
You will be the front line of the company answering telephone calls in a polite and professional manner; taking customer information and sharing that with the correct persons. You will be responsible for assisting the Controller in all aspects of Accounting within AccPac. 
Personality plus, part of a team a small team, can present professionally but realizes this is a family run small business and office is in a warehouse/service area.

This full time position is hired directly by the client and you would be looking at a compensation package which includes benefits as well.
