Accounting Clerk - French Required

Adecco is currently recruiting for a Accounting Clerk/Assistant for a 3-Month contract with our Crown Corporation Client in Ottawa, ON. The successful candidate must hold a valid Reliability Security Clearance or be eligible for it. This opportunity is primarily in French.
The Accounting Clerk must meet the following responsibilities:
-Monitoring the PC generic email box ;
-Data entry in SIGMA : contract task authorization, performance evaluations, invoices;
-Analyzing usage of contracts and advise if usage exceeds contracts;
-Answering questions from clients and suppliers pertaining to contracts, payments, etc;
-Verification and processing of invoices;
-Provide support to the accounting team as required with specific projects;

The Accounting Clerk/Assistant will have the following responsibilities:
-An undergraduate degree in business, finance or a related field or work experience;
-2+ years of experience working in accounting-based roles or financial information review;
-Fluency in French at a professional level;
-Eligibility to complete a Reliability level security clearance;
-Experience with the MS tool suite including Microsoft Outlook

Nice to have:
-Experience with SIGMA;
-Fluent bilingualism in English and French
