Adecco is currently looking for Accounting Clerks, Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable Clerks for various temporary roles in New Brunswick. To qualify for these Accounting roles, you must have previous accounting experience and be proficient in Microsoft Office. 

Accounting Clerk Responsibilities:
• Maintaining financial records
• Preparing reports
• Reconciling bank statements
• Reconciling monthly vendor statements
• Analyzing invoice and/or expense reports
• Recording entries    

Accounting Clerk Qualifications:
• Self-starter with the ability to work with minimal direction
• Detail oriented with the ability to apply accounting policies and procedures
• Knowledge of debits/credits and cash reconciliations
• High attention to detail
• Must be able to work in a fast-paced environment and meet required deadlines
• Proficiency with MS Office suite of products
• Formal training with a recognized educational institution in bookkeeping or accounting
• Ideal candidates are comfortable working in a variety of office environments with exposure to a broad range of accounting functions
