Adecco Saskatoon is currently recruiting for an Accounting Clerk to work on various work contracts in Saskatoon, SK. The industries of our clients vary diversely and length of contract is dependent on the needs of our clients. We are looking for individuals who are adaptable with a willingness to work on various contracts in a number of different industries. To be considered for our Accounting Clerk contracts you must have strong office experience and skills. Successful candidates will have experience with various Administrative and Accounting tasks and MUST receive proficient scores on internal computer tests.

Accounting Clerk Responsibilities: 
- Data entry including payroll, new hire rates, and other various accounting tasks - Accurate and efficiently of various reports
- Filing, scanning, emailing, faxing, etc.
- Preparation/creation/modification of documents
- Invoicing and other basic accounting tasks may be assigned depending on client needs

Accounting Clerk Qualifications:
- Proficient with Microsoft Office: Word, Excel and Outlook are a must
- QuickBooks, SAP, and other software experience considered an asset
- 1 to 3 years of Administrative and Accounting experience; will take education into consideration
- Must be a team player willing to complete a variety of tasks
- Ability to learn quickly, make decisions, and strong organization skills are a MUST
