Adecco has partnered up with several clients who are looking to hire Temporary Bookkeepers/Accounting Clerks. These positions start off on a temporary basis with potential for a permanent contract. We currently have immediate openings for candidates that are able to commute to Richmond and to the Kerrisdale area of Vancouver. If you have previous accounting experience and able to start work right away, you might be our ideal candidate!

Responsibilities:

  • Providing accounting support to an office team
  • Accounts Payable duties including match, batch, coding of invoices
  • Data entry
  • Accounts Receivable duties including posting cheques and transactions
  • Bank reconciliations
  • Cheque runs
  • Anlayzing invoices and expense reports

Qualifications:
  • Previous working experience in accounting
  • Must be available to start work immediately
  • Excellent communication skills, written & verbal
  • Demonstrated knowledge of Microsoft Office applications, including Word, Outlook, Excel & PowerPoint
  • Experience with various accounting software is desirable
