Adecco is currently hiring for an Accounts Payable Administrative Assistant for our client located in Calgary, AB. To qualify for this role, you must have experience with Microsoft Dynamics and have at least 3 years of AP administrative experience. This is a 5 months contract.     

AP Administrative Assistant Responsibilities

Input all invoices into Automated systems

Input of vendor invoices into ERP system

Respond to vendor & customer inquiries

Follow up with Customer base regarding specified invoicing initiatives

Distribute monthly statements for all customers

Perform related clerical duties, such as word processing, maintaining filing and record systems, faxing and photocopying

Escalate all Customer invoice disputes to relevant departments within Company

Print and key into the Dynamics system contractor field tickets.

AP Administrative Assistant Qualifications

Strong administrative experience minimum of 3 years.

Completion of some post-secondary school is preferred, accounting courses would be an asset

Strong knowledge of general office procedures and understanding of basic accounting

Strong computer skills – MS Excel

Experience with Dynamics Great Plains would be an asset

Strong organizational & interpersonal skills

Excellent communications skills

Attention to detail and the ability to work effectively with minimal supervision
