Adecco Professional is looking for a superstar Accounts Payable Analyst in Vaughn, ON for a 1-year rolling contract with our client in the automotive industry. If you are a dynamic Accounts Payable Analyst who has high-volume full cycle Accounts Payable experience and an analytical mind set, please read on to learn more!


Responsible for full cycle Accounts Payable and financial duties in order to ensure effective, efficient, and accurate financial operations
Process and monitor payments and expenditures complying with financial and company policies and procedures
Manage significant accounts from some of their largest vendors serving all of Canada
Maintain vendor accounts in an up to date and accurate manner
Compile and distribute monthly financial reports


A minimum of 2+ years of relevant experience
Currently enrolled in CPA is an asset
Effective communication skills and proven ability to establish rapport and maintain relationships
Demonstrated ability to adhere to deadlines and achieve goals and objectives
Proven ability to work in a fast-paced, high volume environment, coupled by the ability to work collaboratively
Strong problem-solving skills
Must be proficient in excel and data entry
