Adecco is currently recruiting for an Accounts Payable Clerk for a full-time permanent role with our Client located in Gatineau, Qc. 
The Accounts Payable Clerk- Bilingual will have the following responsibilities: 
- Daily monitoring, printing, stamping, and recording of invoices from various sources including AP email; 
- Obtaining and ensuring proper approval of spend and coding of invoices 
- Determining coding if required based on chart of accounts; 
- Processing 3-way match inventory PO’s and all related paperwork including PO, receiving documents and packing slips; 
- Entering invoices into QuickBooks; 
- Detailed tracking of invoice activity in daily tracker. 
The Accounts Payable Clerk- Bilingual  must meet the following mandatory requirements: 
- Bachelor's Degree in Finance, Accounting or any other related field; 
- 3 years minimum of work experience in a related position; 
- Experience working on invoices from various sources; 
- Experience entering accurate invoice into Quickbooks; 
- Experience with Processes 3-way match inventory PO’s; 
- Bilingualism in French and English considered an asset.
