Adecco is currently hiring for a full-time Accounts Payable Clerk in Delta, BC. Our client is a well-established Canadian company experiencing growth which provides future opportunities within the organization. The office is new, and the CEO is very supportive of the staff in this friendly, team environment. This position is suited for an individual pursing their CPA or other accounting certification as the Controller will provide coaching and mentoring to further develop your skills. Excellent written and oral communication abilities are required as there will be frequent interactions with vendors, customers and internal management and staff.

The AP clerk will be part of the Accounting team and will be responsible for the Accounts Payable processes. This position reports directly to the Controller and will assist the Controller on various tasks and duties. The position also works with other departments in order to carry out these duties in an effective and timely manner.
Duties will include but not be limited to:


  • Proficient with ERP software / Quickbooks Enterprise, Excel, Word.
  • Ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships with co-workers and clients.
  • Comprehension of the Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable cycles is an asset.
  • Must be reliable, flexible, able to work independently and as part of a team.
