Verify and posts invoices for all transactions
Provide discounts by ensuring invoices are accounted for in timely manner
Assign general ledger codes to invoices manually and in the system
Create invoices for transactions for clients
Reconcile accounts for financial statements
Process expense reports in accordance with company’s policy
Assists with month end closing through accruals calculations and journal entries

The qualifications for the part-time Accounts Payable Clerk in Vaughan, ON includes:

1+ year of full cycle Accounts Payable experience, preferably within a manufacturing setting is an asset
Strong technical skills in MS Excel and Great Plains
Professional communication skills and ability to interact with internal and external members
Keen attention to detail and ability to multi-task in a fast-paced setting
