Adecco is currently recruiting for a Temporary Part Time Accounts Payable Clerk based in Regina. This is a one-month contract with the possibility of extension.

Accounts Payables Clerk Responsibilities:

  • Responsible for partial sets of accounts (AR, AP functions)
  • Assist in month-end closing process, monthly stock reconciliation
  • Conduct year end stock count and reconciliation
  • Handle bank reconciliation and other bank related matters
  • Other adhoc duties as assigned
  • Accounts Payable Clerk Qualifications

  • Must have Accounts Payable experience
  • Must have Administrative duties experience
  • Proficiency in MS Office (MS Excel and MS PowerPoint, in particular)
