  • Responsibilities:

  • Prepare and update weekly the Affiliate Parts invoice reconciliation files
  • Review SAP goods receipts for allocation of production IDO invoices and process in the system.
  • Prepare weekly stock order invoice file for Trade Payable Manager to review and subsequently release for payment
  • Prepare monthly aging reports for business and manager reviews; adhere to weekly escalation process to ensure that aged items are in line with KPI targets
  • Prepare monthly aged and debit balance reports; complete required follow up actions to resolve open items, highlighting any risk or items requiring escalation to management, and prepare monthly debit balance reserve.
  • Complete assigned vendor quarterly reconciliations and adhere to escalation process to ensure that all requests are received for review
  • Support with any ad-hoc analysis and requests due to production business and/or internal audit requirements.
  • Support Chattanooga Trade, Parts and Affiliate inquiry volumes during periods of high volumes or employee absences; investigate and reply to vendor and business inquiries in a professional and timely manner
  • Ensure that all related process and desk procedure documentation are prepared, tested and maintained.
  • Other related duties as required.
  • Requirements:

  • College Diploma in Business or Accounting is required and University Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting is desired
  • Minimum 3 years' experience in Accounting or a related field
  • Proficient in all Microsoft Office products, with a minimum intermediate Microsoft Excel and advanced Microsoft Outlook skill set
  • Strong customer service skills - ability to communicate clearly and professionally in person, over the telephone and via e-mail
  • Excellent attention to detail, organizational & time management skills
  • Positive attitude and able to work effectively within team environment
  • Focus on process optimization and improvement
  • Must be legally eligible to work, and reside in Canada
