Adecco is currently hiring for a, full-time Accounts Payable Clerk in Delta, BC. To be considered for this Accounts Payable role, you must have at least three years of experience in accounts payable or bookkeeping. Our client is a well established Canadian company experiencing growth which provides future opportunities within the organization. The office is new and the CEO is very supportive of the staff in this friendly, team environment.

Accounts Payable Responsibilities:
• 2-way & 3-way matching
• Interaction with vendors and internal staff
• Account Management - documenting and logging conversations for company-wide visibility
• Cross coverage for Accounts Receivable and Accounting Clerk duties

This position is well suited for an individual pursing their CPA or other accounting certification. In addition to the Accounts Payable duties, there may opportunities for further learning as the Controller will provide coaching and mentoring.

Experience with CRM software solutions and Microsoft Office is required, ideally with Quick Books Enterprise.
Strong interpersonal skills are required accompanied with excellent written and oral communication abilities as there will be frequent interactions with vendors, customers and internal management and staff.
