Adecco is currently hiring a permanent full-time Accounts Payable / Office Administrator in Clarington, ON. This extremely close-knit company includes family members who have lead a successful business for many years. We are looking for a team member who will want to join them on this journey. Perfect for a student finishing their studies in Accounting or a Recent Graduate in an Accounting Field with experience in AP functions.
Pay Rate: $18.00 - $20.00/hour
Location: Clarington, ON
Shifts: 7:30 am – 4:00 pm |Part Time Hours with Flexible Schedule between 7:30AM-4PM - Must be available Monday and Friday - Could move into Full-Time Hours

Responsibilities:
Accounts Payable (no payroll)
Inventory of product and supplies - reordering as well
Ensuring pricing of product and services is current
Administering a fleet of commercial service vehicles monitoring their leases, maintenance, and inventory on board
Working with tradesmen employees to ensure bill backs to customers are accurate if questioned
Requirements:
Must be legally eligible to work, and reside in Canada
Must have own vehicle as there is no public transit nearby
You MUST be a pro in Excel and preference will be given to a candidate who has Sage/Quick books as well
