Responsibilities:
Oversee accurate and complete billing cycles, from data entry through to the creation and distribution of invoices
Verify and enter data into the TRUX Software System
Perform data verification and entry into SAP
Prepare timely/accurate invoices and send to customers within 7 days of month end
Compile monthly reports as directed
Create and maintain spreadsheets/reports as required
Assist in collection of aged accounts receivables
Liaise with clients and internal departments handling any inquires or discrepancies
Understand and adhere to the requirements of ISO 9001:2015 and ISO 14001:2015 Standard Operating Procedures (SOP) within all operational activities
Ensure customer requirements are met
Identify non-conformances and record on Service Control Report (SCR)
Qualifications:
Must be legally eligible to work, and reside in Canada
Accounting/Finance and/or LEMs (labor, equipment, and materials) billing experience required
3 - 5 years of administration experience with a focus in numerical data is needed
Progressive accounting experience/education will be considered
Proficient in Microsoft Office (MS Word, MS Excel, MS Outlook). Must complete excel test with a score of 75% or higher
Experience in TRUX and/or SAP is considered an asset
High attention to detail, accuracy and problem solving skills are strongly needed. Must be able to complete attention to details test with a highly proficient or expert level result
