Adecco is currently hiring for an Administrative Assistant: Mat Leave contract, for our client located in Mississauga, On. To qualify for this Administrative Assistant role, you must have a minimum of 1 year of previous administration experience working within an office environment, proficient using MS Office, mainly Excel and excellent communication skills.  Our client is a leader in vehicle licensing and offers a positive work environment and extensive training program. The rate of pay for this position is $18.50 per hour. 

Administrative Assistant Responsibilities:

• Reception duties; receiving inbound calls, transferring to appropriate personnel, greet guests and visitors
• Providing administratrative support, processing customer requests 
• Invoice reminders and setting payment terms 
• updating customer information in system    
• Manages and maintains Excel Spreadsheets                   

Administrative Assistant Qualifications:

• Minimum of 1 year of current office administration experience      
• Proficient using MS Office, able to adapt quickly to new software programs 
• Excellent telephone manner combined with exceptional customer service skills 
• Must have reliable transportation! Not on a transit line
