Adecco is looking for Administrative Assistant in Mississauga to manage the Purchase Order (PO) and invoice processing in SAP. 2-month contract.

Shuttle available from Kipling station.

The Administrative Assistant Responsibilities Include:

  • Processing of invoices and payments in SAP
  • Setting up purchase orders
  • Communicate with internal team and external vendor partners on payment and invoice status
  • The Administrative Assistant Qualifications Include:

  • 3+ years of experience in invoice payments
  • The Experience with SAP an asset.
  • Experience in Sales or Finance
  • Intermediate Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook skills required
  • Post-Secondary school diploma/degree in business related field or relative work experience
