Adecco is currently hiring Admin/Filing Clerks for our Client as part of a Temporary, Full-Time Project based assignment, in Moncton, NB. The Pay Rate for this role is $17.51 per hour. To qualify for these Admin/Filing Clerk roles, you must have previous administrative experience and be proficient in Microsoft Office. 

Admin/Filing Clerk Responsibilities:
• Organizing all records & Files as required
• Analyzing various documents and sorting as required
• Open all files and check folder for accuracy, update folder as needed
• Recording entries in a neat and organized fashion
• Handle important information with confidentiality
• Other duties and special projects as assigned


    

Admin/Filing Clerk Qualifications:
• Self-starter with the ability to work with minimal direction
• Strong organizational skills
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• High attention to detail
• Must be able to work in a fast-paced environment and meet required deadlines
• Proficiency with MS Office suite of products
• Must be able to lift up to 50lbs
