Adecco is hiring on behalf of our client, an Temporary Administration Assistant Monday - Friday, 9-5pm

Duties Include: 

Distributing and sorting mail/couriering mail as needed
Communication with employees and customers to disseminate or explain information as needed. 
Answer phones and directing calls/taking messages
Compile, copy and sort files
Reception duties
Data Entry


The ability to Multi-task is an asset. Great interpersonal, organization and customer service skills are a must. The successful candidate will need the ability to work independently and manage ones time. Basic knowledge of Microsoft Word and Excel are necessary.
