Administrative Access Representative

Adecco is currently hiring for an Administrative Access Representative to work for our client onsite located in Toronto, ON. To qualify for this Administrative Access Representative role, you must have at least 2 years of administration experience and excellent communication skills with the ability to use multiple software tools including managing a high-volume e-mailbox.

Our client is a large, reliable and reputable organization within the financial services industry. This is a 1 year full time contract position, paying $19.51/hr with possibility of extension.

Administrative Access Representative Main Responsibilities:

  • Prepare schedules/reports for applications and databases
  • Ensure all access is standardized and compliant
  • Ability to manage a high-volume email inbox
  • Adhere to established regulations, policies and guidelines in completing daily activities and audits
  • Administrative Access Representative Main Requirements:

  • High School diploma is required. Post-secondary in finance is preferred
  • 2-4 years of experience in administrative duties is required, preferably in banking/financial environment
  • Bilingual in French/English is preferred
  • Tech savvy and proficient in MS Excel - Macros
  • Attention to detail and able to work under tight deadlines
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills
  • Exceptional customer service and high level of accuracy
