Adecco is currently hiring for a Full Time Administrative Assistant in Ayr, Ontario. Our client is a leading manufacturer of Bulk Material Handling and Mechanical Power Transmission Products. The Administrative Assistant must have 2 years of Administrative experience, Proficient in MS Word, Excel, Outlook, and can work independently. The position is for a 1 year contract with the possibility of an extension.  Monday- Friday from 8:00 am - 5:00 pm, $16.25/per hour.

Administrative Assistant Duties:
• Receive Visitors
• Answer phone calls
• Manage mail
• Financial/Account Payables
• Other various duties as assigned

Administrative Assistant Qualifications:
• Minimum 2 years experience in Administration
• Excellent written and oral communication skills
• Excellent organizational and time management skills with strong ability to multi-task and prioritize workload in a fast-paced, changing environment
• Proficient computer skills in Word, Excel, Outlook and Internet
•  Fast and accurate typing skills
