Adecco is recruiting for an Administrative Assistant in Downtown Toronto. This Administrative Assistant will perform administrative support to the Directors in Enterprise Risk and Portfolio Management ensuring that deadlines are met, output is quality controlled, and staffs is adequately supported. Also they will handle a variety of confidential and sensitive documentation.

Our client is a large, reliable and reputable organization within the financial services industry. This Banking Administrative Assistant role is a 6-months contract and has a pay rate of $23.00 per hour.

Administrative Assistant Responsibilities
*Provide full administrative support in other areas including calendar management, scheduling, internal and external stakeholder meetings, conference calls, vendor meetings, events and other administrative requests as required.
*Assist in the preparation and submission of expense reports
*Coordinate cost-effective domestic and international travel arrangements and itineraries using HRG online booking tool.
*Coordinate reservations of meeting rooms, equipment and catering etc. hotel office spaces and mobile workstation requests
*Coordinate and facilitate on-boarding and off-boarding requirements for all new hires within work group in conjunction with TBSS
*Efficiently manage and promptly respond to all incoming enquiries/requests for information independently or redirect to the appropriate person/area.
*Consistently exercise discretion in managing correspondence, information and all matters of confidentiality; escalate issues where appropriate

Administrative Assistant Must Have Skills
* 2-3 years previous experience as an Administrative Assistant supporting Senior Management and teams
*Strong calendar management and scheduling skills
*Strong organizational and administrative skills; ability to organize, plan and schedule activities
*Strong interpersonal and diplomacy skills and comfort in dealing with individuals across all levels of the organization
*Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English
*Fully proficient with MS Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint,)
*Extremely well organized and pays strong attention to detail
*Ability to multitask and prioritize and work independently under tight deadlines in a fast paced environment
*Ability to work well within a team environment
