Adecco is looking for Administrative Assistant in Bromont, QC . 6-month contract. Shift Timings: 8:30 am to 5:00 pm. This is a bilingual role (French and English)

  • The Administrative Assistant Responsibilities Include:
    -  Provide support for appropriate sales personnel, including facilitation and coordination of all     order entries
    - Provide assistance in resolving shipping issues and/or customer discrepancies
    - Assist in the preparation and research of proposals, and support timely submissions

    The Administrative Assistant Qualifications Include:

  • 1-2 years’ experience is preferred
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and learn products, systems, and sales processes
  • Exceptional attention to detail.
  •  Knowledge of Microsoft suite preferred
