Adecco is currently hiring an Administrative Assistant for our client which is located in Vaughan which is a fast-growing retail and wholesale corporation in rapid growth and is in need of a high energy coordinator that can provide support to the administrative and logistics department as well as the administrative team.

Responsibilities and Duties

responsible for a portfolio of retail stores logistics operations
in coordination with the administration team in building/arranging for the building of new stores
handling office calendars and events
handling daily mails and correspondence
working closely with wholesale customers
managing customer services line
in charge of weekly reports and working closely with a call center department to identify the growth options of their sales and performance
work closely with the book keeping department in its payments and scheduling
Work on special projects as needed.


Qualifications and Skills

Possess strong and professional written and verbal communication skills
Proficiency in Word & Excel
A positive, enthusiastic attitude, with strong people skills
Effective communicator, both verbal and written
Effective relationship management skills
Willing to work on multiple projects simultaneously
A self-starter with the ability to work independently
Ability to meet deadlines and multiple priorities
Proficiency of the Hebrew Language is an asset
