Adecco is hiring an Administrator Assistant on behalf of our client. This Positon is located in Dartmouth. Monday - Friday 7:30AM - 4:30PM. 

Key Accountabilities:

  • First point of contact for all visiting associates and contractors to the office
  • Data Entry
  • General clerical work
  • working with spreadsheets
  • Payroll
  • Keep stock of office supplies and place orders when necessary
  • Close working relationship with associates 
  • Assist colleagues whenever necessary
  • Office Management:

  • Reception/telephone duties
  • Distributes office communications
  • Data Entry
  • Operating Rental System
  • QUALIFICATIONS:

  • More than 2 years of experience in administration is required
  • High School or Equivalent is required, College/University preferred
  • Clear Criminal Background check is required
  • Proficient in Microsoft Suite, highly competent in Excel and databases
  • Ability work in a team environment
  • Motivated self-starter, able to work independently without supervision
  • Ability to multi-task under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
  • Familiarity with automotive industry would be an asset
  • Highly adaptable
  • Experience in the Construction or Rental Equipment industry is an asset.
