Job responsibilities include:
Answer phones and greet visitors
Schedule appointments and maintain calendars
Schedule and coordinate staff and other meetings
Manage accounts and perform bookkeeping
Prepare communications, such as memos, emails, invoices, reports and other correspondence
Write and edit documents from letters to reports and instructional documents
Create and maintain filing systems, both electronic and physical
To qualify, you should:
High school diploma or equivalent
1-3 years of administrative or office experience
Strong oral and written communication skills
Data entry experience and strong attention to detail
Proficiency with MS Office: Word, Excel and Outlook are a must
Positive attitude, flexible and willing to learn
Previous experience as a receptionist or office assistant is an asset.
Knowledge of SAP and Ariba an asset
