Detailed Job Description:
As an Administrative Assistant, your responsibilities will include:
Handling front desk operations and greeting visitors.
Assisting with shipping and receiving tasks.
Managing accounting tasks such as invoice processing and entry into internal systems.
Supporting vehicle procurement processes, including ETA tracking and transaction management with dealers.
Data entry of daily environmental, vehicle, service, and parts information into Excel worksheets.
Managing facilities and vendors, coordinating services like office cleaning, building repair, pest control, and more.
Assisting with dealer correspondence and maintaining records.
Candidate's Profile:
To succeed in this role, you should have:
1-3 years of experience in an administrative position.
A clear criminal background.
Previous experience as a Vehicle Administrative Assistant would be advantageous.
Eligibility to work and reside in Canada.
