Adecco is currently hiring for an Administrative Assistant in EDMONTON, ON. To qualify for Administrative Assistant position, you must have professional communication skills and office administration experience.

Our client is a large, reliable and reputable organization within the technology industry. This Administrative Assistant role is a 1-week contract and has a pay rate of $17.89 per hour.

Administrative Assistant Responsibilities:
1. Perform general office duties within a field branch office which require knowledge of company procedures. 
2. Duties performed may include word processing, software support, file organization and maintenance, operation of office equipment, answering phones and greeting visitors for that location. 
3. Work involves general administrative tasks which may require problem solving skills and exercise of judgment within precedent and subject to approval.

Administrative Assistant Qualifications:
1. Ability to type a minimum of 45 wpm accurately. 
2. Computer skills to include: MS Office applications. Ability to work independently. 
3. Good organizational skills with attention to detail. 
4. Ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritize workload accordingly. 
5. Interpersonal skills to effectively communicate with both internal and external customers.
